CMA 260 Clinical Practicum
Students apply all major clinical competencies and concepts learned in the two-year Medical Assistant program to a real-world experience in local medical facilities.

Prerequisite: CMA 202 Advanced Clinical Office Procedures with a C or better.

Apply all core skills from clinical office procedures class to caring for patients in the real world outpatient setting. Work within an active practice setting's administrative and clinical structure. Interface appropriately with other healthcare professionals, supervisors, coworkers and patients.
