Outcomes
Upon successful completion of this course, students will be able to:
Demonstrate an understanding of the physical features, environments, political divisions, cultural factors, human activities and economies of Africa and the Middle East. Analyze and articulate key geographic concepts related to the geography of Africa and the Middle East. Demonstrate an understanding of the effect of geography on human culture in Africa and the Middle East. Interpret data in the form of maps, graphs, and other tools used by geographers to understand the relationship between geographic features and human activity.
