Childhood Care and Education, Certificate
Students just entering the field of early childhood or those child care providers who have not taken credit classes can earn a certificate by completing 16 credit hours of the Associate of Applied Science degree in Child and Family Studies.
Students who successfully complete all Childhood Care and Education Certificate requirements will be able to:
- Identify the stages of typical child development.
- Observe, analyze and reflect on children's developmental stages.
- Implement and evaluate developmentally appropriate activities.
