Outcomes
Upon successful completion of this course, students will be able to:
Function as a member of a team in a legal office setting. Format a variety of professional-quality legal documents including pleadings, complaints, wills, interrogaties, subpoenas, billings, and contracts. Demonstrate understanding of required ethics, privacy, and client needs. Demonstrate understanding and use of Oregon Rules and Civil Procedures. Properly use legal terminology.
