Machine Tool Technology One-Year Certificate
Students who complete a one-year Certificate in Machine Tool Technology will be able to:
- Set up and operate many common machine tools (including CNC equipment) at an intermediate level.
- Read, write and edit CNC machine code (G&M code).
- Understand technical drawings.
- Use Mastercam Computer Aided Manufacturing (CAM) software as it pertains to the CNC Turning Center.
- Demonstrate good inspection skills.
