CRS 132 Medical Terminology and Body Systems II
Prepares the student to list major organs in each body system and describe their function. Emphasizes identifying and analyzing the proper functions related to each system. Covers the implications for failure of the system, organ or component that relates to each system as well as issues related to treatment for each system and how it might change throughout the lifespan.

Upon successful completion of this course, students will be able to:
Describe the normal function of the following body systems, specifically cardiovascular, respiratory, digestive, endocrine, eyes and ears, urinary, male and female genital/reproductive systems, and obstetrics. Identify treatment modalities and diagnostic measures for the follow body systems: cardiovascular, respiratory, digestive, endocrine, eyes and ears, urinary, male and female genital/reproductive systems, and obstetrics. Identify organs as well as their anatomical location: cardiovascular, respiratory, digestive, endocrine, eyes and ears, urinary, male and female genital/reproductive systems, and obstetrics.
