Grade Point Average (GPA) is calculated by dividing total quality points by total hours. (Grades not included in GPA are IN, W, P, NP, AU and repeated grades preceded by R or marked exclude on the transcript.) I and E will be used on transcript to indicate if a course is Included or Excluded for GPA purposes if a course has been repeated.
