CMA 260 Clinical Practicum
Students apply all major administrative and clinical competencies and concepts learned in the one-year Medical Assistant program to a real-world experience in local medical facilities.
Prerequisite
Completion of all previous Medical Assistant program coursework with a grade of C or better.

Apply all core skills from clinical and administrative office procedures classes to caring for patients in the real world outpatient setting. Effectively work within an active practice setting's administrative and clinical structure. Interface appropriately with other healthcare professionals, supervisors, coworkers and patients.
