Enhance your college experience by getting involved beyond the classroom. LBCC offers a wide range of opportunities for students to connect, develop leadership skills, and build community. Through Student Life and Leadership, students can participate in student government, clubs, volunteer service, co-curricular programs, and campus events designed to support engagement and success.
Getting started is easy. Visit the Student Union, call, or email Student Life and Leadership to explore ways to participate and make the most of your time at LBCC.
Clubs and Co-Curriculars

Clubs and co-curricular programs provide meaningful opportunities for involvement, connection, and skill development.
Clubs are student-initiated and student-led organizations centered around shared interests. Students are encouraged to join an existing club or petition to create a new one. Clubs promote leadership development, collaboration, and community engagement while operating in accordance with ASLBCC and college guidelines.
Co-curricular programs are affiliated with specific academic or college programs and offer hands-on learning experiences outside the traditional classroom. These programs allow students to deepen their academic interests, gain practical experience, and build career-related skills.
Volunteer Program
https://volunteer.linnbenton.edu/
LBCC's Volunteer Program, coordinated through Student Life and Leadership, connects students with opportunities to serve both on campus and in the surrounding community. The program promotes civic engagement, leadership development, and community partnership.
Through participation in campus initiatives and local service projects, students gain valuable experience, strengthen their resumes, and contribute positively to the LBCC community. Students interested in volunteering can explore available opportunities and register through the Volunteer Program website.
