CMA 260 Clinical Practicum
Students apply all major clinical competencies and concepts learned in the two-year Medical Assistant program to a real-world experience in local medical facilities.

Outcomes
Upon successful completion of this course, students will be able to:
Apply all core skills from clinical office procedures instruction to caring for patients in the real world, outpatient setting. Work with an active practice settings administrative and clinical structure. Interface appropriately with other healthcare professional, supervisor, coworker, and patient. Provide proper documentation and screening of patient communications.
