WD4. 292 Weld Inspection and Code
An introductory course to inspection of welds, and weldments while utilizing code standards. This course will give insight to what welders may experience with welding to code standards as well as how weld inspectors work to ensure quality parts.

WD4. 151 Welding I with a grade of C or better.

Upon successful completion of this course, students will be able to:
Utilize industry welding standards. Assess effectiveness of welds based on American Welding Society (AWS) codes and procedures. Ensure proper evaluation and recommendations for repairing weldments.
