HE 250 Introduction to Health Care Administration
Students will learn the foundational principles, practices, and leadership styles in health care management. The content is relevant to a wide range of health care settings, including public health organizations, clinics and physician practices, hospitals and health systems, and both for-profit and nonprofit entities.

HE 210 Intro to Health Services (may be taken concurrently).

Upon successful completion of this course, students will be able to:
Summarize and apply concepts and theories in health care management to current problems. Develop skills in using materials and references, tools and/or technology central to health care management. Identify the main components and issues of the organization, financing, and delivery of health services in the U.S. Describe perspectives and values of healthcare management.
