Outcomes

Upon successful completion of this course, students will be able to:
Students will apply their knowledge of food preparation and beer characteristics. The student will analyze characteristics the pairing of food and beer in a series of tasting. Generally accepted standards for pairing food and beer with be presented. Student will learn how to pair beer with new food trends.
