Students are expected to create a menu and support documentation for a restaurant or other food operation using the skills and concepts presented in this class. Throughout the term students will work on components of the final project.

Outcomes

Upon successful completion of this course, students will be able to:
Students will gain a thorough understanding of the many components that must be considered in order to create a menu. Balance of these components and adherence to the theme concept of the restaurant food operation will be emphasized.
