PE 180D Basketball Conditioning: Women
Emphasis on development of strength and conditioning needed to play competitive basketball. May be repeated for a maximum of 6 credits.
Prerequisite
Recommended: Previous basketball experience and a higher level of athleticism are recommended as it can be a safety hazard to have a beginner playing with experienced players.
